Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the monthly fee, full stop. No hidden onboarding charges.
Does OCR cost extra?
No. Snapping parcel labels is included in every plan. We pay Anthropic for the vision API, not you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing date.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then it's permanently deleted.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is hosted in London (Supabase eu-west-2). Per-tenant isolation via row-level security. DSAR export built in. DPA available on Enterprise.
Do you store parcel photos?
Yes, for 30 days by default — to help you re-check OCR results or investigate a dispute. You can change this in settings.
